On the old FGM web site there was a post about how to use hexed.it to convert maps between games, e.g. from CMBN to CMFB. Does anyone have a copy of that post? I need to convert a map for the scenario and map that I am creating for the battle of Otterloo. I need to convert from CMBN to CMFB because CMFB has the available date range and CMBN does not.

I believe the old FGM information was preserved over on the Battlefront forums. The thread you're looking for is "The Official Map Conversion Thread" by Artkin, which covers using Hexed.it to convert maps between CM titles:

It includes the game ID values for each title and discusses common issues (such as incompatible buildings) that can cause converted maps to crash. Hope that helps with your Otterloo project!
