England play Mexico at 1am Sunday Morning, my plan go to bed get a couple of hours sleep, alarm on for just before the kick off, then continue watching the game in bed, pop down for a cup of tea at half time.... African and Asian teams that once seemed beatable are no longer so easy. They're fast and efficient. We've seen it in recent years. We particularly suffered against Cameroon in 1990, Saudi Arabia in 2022, and now against Cape Verde yesterday, who pushed us to the brink. And God only knows what fate has in store for us against Egypt in the next game. 😬
