Winter officially began here Ted yesterday (June 21). Now, at 10:50 PM, the thermometer on my window reads 8.3° C. And the forecast isn't encouraging—highs of 11° or 12° C for the next few days. At least there's no rain in the forecast.

I get to to physical therapy for my right shoulder that has bursitis and tendinitis. It is a great morning with the sun shining. It is a great day to be alive!
Super nice weather here 25C but not super humid (humidity is coming it always does) so we'll enjoy our walks more than usual. This weekend we are off to Montreal (no it is not likely I know your cousin who lives there : - ) because my son defends his thesis Monday.

G'day from the Northern California coastside. June and July are months where the fog makes its presence know.
Today was no different. Went into Half Moon Bay for some brunch at my favorite Cafe. Was overcast with high fog
turning everything various shades of grey. Many people do not like it, but I am comforted when a huge fog bank
comes rolling in for a while. Was just 63(F) today and more of the same for the next few days. I can live with that.
