My first appeal on a detention order issued by a Superior Court was partially upheld. The defendant is still in jail, but on one less count... A small victory. Overall, the explanation of the decision was insufficient in my opinion... Mixed feelings about this one.

Made my weekly trip to Safeway for grocery shopping and then took the wife to a lab so she could pee in a cup.

Good Morning all, Hedgehog you can watch your football as you brits call it, I am on pins and needles waiting for hockey season to start .
All is bright and sunny on this side of the pond. I am off to get my leg wrapped and I am still recovering form my heart surgery on Monday, this was the 3rd time I had this done. You know what they say the 3rd time is more painful then the last 2. 😉
