Hi all! I just thought I'd start this thread in the hopes we can start 2026 with a member Tournament of some sort. I personally have never hosted nor put one on, however I am interested in helping anyone that is interested in continuing the tradition here...

I have posted in the BFC forums and asked him if the CMBS tourney thread will return back to FGM. He replied that he would have a look as he did not know that the site was operational again.
Nice work! I've mentioned before that if anyone had a master list of members email addresses I'd be more than happy to mass e mail the news that the site is back up... The offer still stands..
I reached out to him by email, and asked him to check in. I did not hear anything back.
I don't even remember what the total member count is for the site pre crash... But it feels like were climbing little by little every week...
