One of the most horrible features of war is that all the war-propaganda, all the screaming and lies and hatred, comes invariably from people who are not fighting.

How did you end up in China?
@mtk Long story! Came for work and then, as it is often the case, life just happened. Been here over a decade. I try to travel often to Spain and the US to visit family, but not half as much as I'd like.
Thanks everyone!
Welcome @divm

Hi guys...I'm Brengun (aka Brendan). I'm in based in Essex, UK, and am a retired old geezer! I was given my 'handle' when I was a lad by a friend's dad, who'd actually carried a Brengun in the British infantry in 1944 in Normandy. His stories led to my early interest in WWII and I've carried that fascination ever since, even into my enjoyment of Combat Mission and board games. After the original Few Good Men forum went offline, of which I'd been a member over the years, I kind of lost my way, and strayed into the Combat Mission Discord forum, but it just didn't connect with me like the Few Good Men forum had. So it's good to be back, and to see some of the veteran players here, and a couple I've played. Thanks to Bootie for staying the course and setting this community back on firm ground.
Very nice to have you back!
Hello all, I am from Canada, I use to play CMAK 15 + years ago, I was a forum moderator for Bootie and I believe my nick name was Lynx, I now go by Sasquatch. So after leaving this game when it progressed to a new engine , I got lost in the world raising kids and living. I am now retired and have found that CMAK was in steam picked up all the old ones and want to get back into them again.
