I may have touted this back in the day, but it is worth recommending again.
The trailer gives you an idea of what it is about, but falls far short in describing how fooking absolutely geat Sly Stallone is in his gangster roll.
He just completely steals every scene he is in without even trying. That's how strong his screen presence still is. Tulsa King is simply a hoot.

I must say we watched the entire first season, and we liked it, by the way. The second season, not so much, to the point that we decided to drop it. I doubt we'll pick up their adventures again.
And while we have been passionate about other stories by Taylor Sheridan, such as 1883, 1923, Landman... this one fell short, in our opinion, of course.
Just finished up season 3. Oh my. I thought it was terrific.
A lot of that is because of actor Robert Patrick. You may not recall who he is, but he made his chops in one of the Terminator movies
by playing that liquid terminator sent back in time to kill Sarah Connor while Schwarzenegger tried to save her? He was a little difficult
to recognize due to age but his eyes were a dead give away. He plays a very evil multiple murderer. He was very convincing.
Season 4 is in production and likely to show up next fall. I can hardly wait. 😍

You guys are making me think I need to give this one a try. Stallone in a gangster role wasn't something that immediately grabbed me, but between mTk's recommendation and Louis's "Season 1 was great" endorsement, it sounds like it's worth at least a few episodes. 🍿😎
