Damn, here where I live, Castelar, it hasn't snowed since 2007. Imagine how wonderful it was, how beautiful it looked from the window. But I think we're used to not having snow by now; it would be a nuisance.
Other places near the Chile, for example the city of Bariloche, would be a bad business if it didn't snow in winter. They live mainly off tourism, and their business is skiing.
