I am afraid that this is not a Schwarzlose M07 and these are not Austro-Hungarian but Italians that are manning a Italian 65/17 modello 13 mountain howitzer.
The artillerist who looks at the direction of the camera wears the distinctive ''Capello Alpino''
Note that Schwarzlose M07 was a machine gun not a howitzer.
