What's the name of the member that used to organize and run CMX1 tourneys? I played in a couple of his toruneys and wondered if he had made to the new site? Was his handle Sentai?
Wasn't that Poor Old Spike?
Another little CM1 feature I miss is the old half-circle (180°) target arc.
CM1 let you quickly choose between a narrow arc, a 180° half-circle, or a full 360° circle. In CM2 we still have the standard arc and the Shift-created 360° circle, but the half-circle never made the trip.
I used it all the time. It was perfect for covering a general sector without making a unit fixate on a narrow slice of terrain, yet it wasn't the "watch everything" approach of the full 360° arc.

I just picked up the Bundle rom steam, brings back many memories and hours of fun play with a great bunch of guys. That was 15+ years ago. LOL Found the Manual online . My name then was Lynx , as best I can remember.
Some of the names are coming back of members. Poor Old Spike, Nathangun, Earl of Grey, Bootie, . I remember even phoning someone in England, before cell phones and it cost me a fortune.
