Just wondering if all the files from the scenario depot and Mod Warehouse are lost too ? A lot of lost treasure if so. If not, Great and will there be a resurrection on this new website ?

That's a whole separate conversation we need to have! LOL. Right now I'm focused on getting these forum issues sorted out, but I've also been having discussions about the Scenario Depot and Mod Warehouse behind the scenes. Bottom line: we haven't lost anything, and yes, they'll both be coming back!
@fgmbootie My suggestion would be to get Slitherine involved since they are the new owners and see if there is something they can collaborate with you at the least pay you for doing it and covering the costs plus tips... In honestly it only helps them in the end with the franchise...

My suggestion is this pitch the idea in a way that they benefit from it and they will likely go for it... I've used this technique to get services for free with no budget films.. Its all in the approach and the wording....

Oh sorry but I think that is a very bad idea. All their web stuff including their forum is very naive and quite honestly sucks. And even if they build something usable there would be no protection from them changing their mind.

I think spamming the Matrix forum would be one way. But it isn't very frequented by CM folks, they all hang out on the old BFC forum which is still up.
Messages can be left at Steam forums, Slitherine forums and Matrix forums that point members to the new FGM website. I've seen a message on Steam that mentions the All-in-One mods and where to get them.

That's right! You can never have too many CM mods 🙂
At this point in time I suspect that the Mods Warehouse is not going to return and that existing mods will have to be shared player to player between the remaining, I suspect 'declining', players.

That's great news and I'm sure worth waiting for it to be truly ready before release. It will be best to have the archive under control of people who rely love the game.

A very welcome update, Bootie. Know this is a chore, and will look forward to accessing the Scenarios and Mods when you are able to get them posted. Thanks again for all your effort in keeping the FGM alive and kicking!
What Ive done is package all the 'old' assets together into packs: scenarios/campaigns and maps. All new stuff will have their own download link but time wise just no sense in giving each scenario its own download link.
Still a work in progress but hopefully release will be in the not too distant future.
