Users of the current All-in-One Mod Packs for CMBN, CMRT, CMFB and CMFI should be aware that the mod packs include a number of conflicting mods. By that I mean for example, that some include more than one mod for unit Portraits (e.g. Juju's and some of Mord's). You will not see both. You will only see the one that is burried lowest in your directory tree (i.e. the last to load). Similary there are multiple UI's (Juju and VG Grey), compass, graphics, sometimes conflicting buildings, terrain, etc. etc.
I suggest that you dig through the files, find the conflicts and delete the files that you do not want. You might want to reorganize the directory tree in a manner that you find suits your own style. Then it is easier to eliminate the conflicts.
Carpe vitam.
I confirm. That's why I unpack all mods and create my own sets without conflicts.
Oh wow, I'm so confused 😕
The mod packs are labeled for each title.... I add them to my z folder and the maps and scenarios separately... No issues...
Currently in the process of getting the Red thunder all in one pack, thanks for the headsup. Will only keep whatever I really need. Mostly here for scenario mods anyways
Professionally bad at the games
I’ll probably just cherry-pick a few mods for visuals and atmosphere, but really appreciate all the tips here about keeping the install clean and avoiding overlap. 🪖😄
