Well done Sir Rico!
@kronenblatt @otosan @chiquichops @nathangun
How are the other battles coming along?
One of the most horrible features of war is that all the war-propaganda, all the screaming and lies and hatred, comes invariably from people who are not fighting.

Slowly getting there.
Yes, it's getting more involved

Yes, returned all three games now. @chiquichops @nathangun @otosan
Sorry about that, but many family birthdays end of March and beginning of April to prepare and celebrate. 😎 So I'll play the games in bundles, based on campaign.
Ha ha! Surströmming exists, and is loved by some (a few; the few good men), served in a flat bread with boiled potatoes, red onion, and sour cream, but most people (like me) react just like in the movie. 😎😂

I'm not getting email alerts, which is annoying.

Have you enabled email notification of turns at the Slitherine website?
I’ve also ceased getting email notifications for some reason, for both Ancients and Medieval.
Also, away over Easter, back Thursday.
This campaign is starting to slow down and drag a bit... we're looking at over a month, maybe 6 weeks to finishing one round of battles? ☹

Yes, that could sometimes unfortunately be the case. Sorry about that, but work load and other real life. Plus three parallel battles for me that I play in chunks.
I'll be away for a week or so towards the middle, late part of the month.
BATTLE 3: LYON - @otosan vs @kronenblatt -- Breton (1350-1395) vs Burgundian (1363-1414)

Thanks for the game.
Our PARIS battle has moved on considerably, I expect a result fairly soon.

The County of Toulouse attack into LYON suffers a Major Defeat -- hard luck, Sir @otosan , you faced a ruthless and cunning opponent.
I hear battle for PARIS is reportedly close to conclusion ... how go things in NORMANDY? @nathangun @kronenblatt

Paris is safe! 40-26 victory. The terrain was good for a defence and fortune smiled on my counter-attack
Thanks, as always, @kronenblatt
