I continue to heal and enjoy your posts here guys. Went out to have breakfast with a friend this morning, Asked the waitress, for a Spanish Omelet, she then stated could you tell me what you want on it...i was understanding she did not know what it was... so I asked for a whole bunch of stuff that was not even in a Spanish Omelet and they made it as requested...best omelet yet LOL.
I suspect it is a "me" thing, but I like just a plain American cheese omelet. All that other stuff
people like in an omelet I'd just prefer to have as a side order.
