@cargol  -  Sorry, Libyan army choice not going to work, it'll be an automatic walkover, as they have only Irregular Foot and a few chariots.

If you give my Kyrenean Greeks (460-322 BC), it'll be more of a fair fight.  (they were the Greek colony cities on Libyan coast) 

@Chiquichops up next with attack orders. 

I think I'd better try to take back Hispania. I'll take a look now

In an absolutely crazy chariots and sandals battle I managed to defeat @cargol 63 - 35 = +28%  to capture CILICIA for the Yellow Empire.

Thanks for the fun battle, @cargol  -- was a lot closer than the score suggests.

@chiquichops won the Hispania battle quite easily.

@chiquichops 's Green Empire recaptured HISPANIA from @cargol 's Red Empire -- thereby re-establishing Green's control over the CARTHAGO region. 

The Ancient Empires Campaign has come to a conclusion.

ALL HAIL THE YELLOW EMPIRE!!

With the repulse of @cargol 's Red Empire's attack on LIBYA (a fun, old-school hoplite battle of Greeks vs Kyrenean Greeks, with chariots thrown in just for fun), the Yellow Empire hangs on for the Campaign Victory by ending up controlling both the Levant and Persia regions... and also in the last turn denying the Reds full control of the Anatolia region.

Final points standings, which were quite close in the end.

Yellow Empire - Rico: 16

Red Empire - @cargol : 14

Green Empire - @chiquichops : 12 

This campaign was a LOT of fun with a huge variety of battles fought ranging from Bronze Age to Late Antiquity!

Thanks to @chiquichops and @cargol for making this run smoothly.

Maybe we can have another go at this with maybe FOUR players this time? (was originally designed with four factions in mind)

That was a surprisingly close finish. I scraped back a few points and some prestige. I really thought the @cargol Red Empire might run away with this one at one point. Congratulations on the win @rico Thanks guys for a fun little campaign and and extra thanks to you @rico for the admin. Merry Christmas!
