Victory Level Definitions
A Major Victory is when you win by routing the enemy with between 40% to 59% casualties and a minimum +25% margin.
A Minor Victory is when you win by routing the enemy with 60%+ casualties, with any % margin.
However, if you adjust the above winning score down to 59% and the difference is still +25%, it's upgraded to a Major Victory.
If a battle times out with no side being routed, then the battle is a Draw and the attacker has the option to withdraw or continue the battle for ONE more turn using the same armies. (even if the Turn Track has advanced to a new era).

@otosan This is going to be really close. Not sure I'm going to pull off a win despite the % difference! Really tough army for Hungarian/Polish to fight against. Needed any crossbows really.
Well that was the hardest army to kill I've encountered, so much armor and no real hard hitting units of my own. I managed to swing a win in Poland over @otosan with one turn remaining. 42-11, hinged on one final flank that fragmented a unit of dismounted knights. I think I would have also got there on the final turn without that by finally reaching the two units of crossbows in the rear of Otosan's army. Really well played mate, I'm sure my tactics were frustrating on this one by refusing to attack, but with mostly massed archers, defensive spears and horse archers I didn't have much choice. Not sure I would have managed this win without the Hungarian allies, those horse archers really let me delay and evade most of your dangerous troops even if I couldn't kill them. Great match, I'll remember this one for sure.
Well done Sir. The onus to attack was on me due to the fact that I attacked Poland. If I had been on the defensive I would have just kept my lines and let you sit on your fortress hill. Well chosen position that. My defensive spear men were subpar for impact results, so I really had to await your charge and get to the melee stage.
That standard wagon was a huge factor. I dared not attack it due to poor odds on both impact and melee and it prevented movement of my units past it because of ZOC. I could not get to grips with those soft massed archers. Besides that, it gave a huge morale boost to nearby units.
Your cavalry cordon to my north and east meant I could not face my spear formations away from them.
Thanks for the game.
49-21 for the Arabs in CRETE. We just piled in and it went our way. A nice attack on my right by the Byzantine cavalry was held up surprisingly well by lancers. Thanks @cargol , nice little fight and I'm glad it ended when it did, I was worried it was slipping back your way. I'm guessing you didn't expect me to attack straight away?

@otosan Yeah, I think I'd have had to move into the rough ground and push forward with my defensive spears, thus losing that height advantage. I was close to doing just that in early game, but then I saw how little impact my horse archers were having on your dismounted knights, and you did have a good number of crossbows around which really raised the jeopardy of trying something like that. I think my MVPs were the light archer, slinger and light nomad horse who routed a unit of your knights, and managed to keep disrupting your raw crossbows with charges. Keeping those units busy on that side was really helpful in the rough ground battle. That or my nearly unbeatable unit of massed archers in the rough ground to the left of the hill that just kept fighting whatever you threw at them.
The RED attack into POLAND is repulsed, suffering a 11 - 42 = -31% Defeat, earning WHITE a Bonus Point.
This now gives WHITE a full house of 4 Bonus Points.
The GREY invasion of CRETE & CYPRUS also suffered a Defeat (21 - 49 = -28%)
That concludes TURN 3 -- we move right along.
