I'll probably need some pointers on setting up multi-player battles, exchanging turns etc.
I'd take England - easy victory for ANY opponent! 😜
Here's what we have so far:
@kronenblatt as Burgundy.
@cargol and @earl-of-grey partner as English
If @chiquichops joins in -- either he can take King of France and I partner with @otosan in Toulouse ... or he partners with Otosan in Toulouse and I can play King of France.
Players:
1. Rico
2. @kronenblatt (Burgundy)
3. @otosan (Toulouse)
4. @cargol & @earl-of-grey (England)
5.
6.

We have our players and I've assigned/drawn them into teams:
King of France: @chiquichops & @nathangun
King of England: @cargol & @earl-of-grey
Duke of Burgundy: @kronenblatt
Count of Toulouse: @Rico & @otosan
Take a day or two to discuss strategy with your team mate (and familiarise yourself with the campaign rules) -- then we can start with issuing attack orders.
Draw for the First Round attack orders sequence (each faction gets one attack per turn):
1. King of England
2. Burgundy
3. France
4. Toulouse
So, @cargol & @earl-of-grey will start us off with the first attack order.

Duke @kronenblatt of Burgundy is up next with his attack.

You mean attacking Lyon from Dauphine? 🤔

No, masochist, you know.
Sorry, got it wrong: Burgundy attacks Lyon from Dauphine.
King of France is up next @chiquichops & @nathangun
Edit: Second attack: Burgundy attacks LYON from Dauphine -- @otosan will defend.

It seems that the French king got paralyzed... 🤣 Hey Jean-Luc II, there are only three options: fight, flight, or fright. 😎
@kronenblatt -- I hear they are in consultation. 🙂

Ok, guys. I've sent a message to my King but he's off chasing the mythical White Hart. If he doesn't return from the hunt this evening, how about I pick up the challenge and my lord sets up our attack? It'll keep things rolling.

It was suggested the defender set up the battle challenge, but I am happy for either attacker or defender do it -- default map is: North European Agricultural or North European Plain.

Ok, as defender I will set up the battle with Burgundy.
The idea and important aspect was that the defender decides which map type to use among the two available: North European Agricultural and North European Plain. And therefore it makes sense for defender to also set up the challenge to speed up the process.
But of course other than that, it doesn’t really matter who actually sets up the challenge.
