I suppose I was lucky and cared for when I went, because my daughter lived in Joburg/Cape town so we stayed with them plus she wasSuch a lovely place is Cape Town been there many times, You are in your summer period now so have a great time mateBusy work day getting everything done before my wife and I fly off tomorrow morning to Cape Town, to spend an extended weekend with my brother and he’s family in a seaside town called Gordon’s Bay, where they live.
Just to make things interesting we have to also dash out and take our cat Charlie to the vet this morning — looks like he has an infected tooth. ☹
I'm going on holiday to South Africa next month and spending a week in Cape Town. If you have any recommendations for good places, and bars or restaurants, I'd be very grateful!
Before that, I follow the garden road from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town.

I went to see Madness in concert last night... the musicians were amazing... especially the brass section but the lead singer... awful. I left early.
